Mary Ann (Reffitt) Ballard

Mary Ann Reffitt Ballard, widow of Ray Edward Ballard, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Friday, June 5, 2020.  She was a 78 year old native of Montgomery County, daughter of the late George and Nellie Willoughby Reffitt, a housewife and member of the Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by 2 sons, Stevie (Roberta) Ballard and Ricky (Nina) Ballard, 2 daughters, Regina (Larry) Martin and Lisa (Christopher) Rite, 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchild, and 3 sisters, Rosy Lee Gilbert, Myrtle Taulbee and Lucille Becraft.  She was preceded in death by a son, Randy Ballard, a daughter, Kathy Ewin, 2 sisters, Donna Spurlock and Florine Hunt and a brother, Bobby Reffitt.

Her funeral will be 1:00 Wednesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Tommy Evans presiding, with burial to follow in Lovely Amburgey Cemetery.  Visitation is 11-1:00 Wednesday.
