RAY WORKMAN

Ray Workman, age 67, of Jeffersonville, passed away at home on Sunday, January 26, 2025.  Ray was born to the union of the late Charles and Lillie Workman on March 30, 1957 in Jackson, Michigan.  Ray worked hard in construction as a brick and block mason. He was a member of the House of Deliverance. He loved to go hunting and fishing.

Ray is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Ruth Dulin Workman of Jeffersonville, 1 brother Ronnie Workman of Lawrenceburg, 3 sisters Barb Lay of Versailles, Estafay Coomer of Lawrenceburg, Jean Donaldson of Lawrenceburg, and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Ray was preceded in death by 3 sisters Faye Robbins, Loriann Workman and Lizzie B. Workman and 1 brother Earl Workman.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 30, at 12:00 p.m. at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals Chapel. Friends can visit from 10:00 a.m. till time of service.  Officiating will be Vonley Haney.

Burial will follow at the Machpelah Cemetery.
