RICKY DUDLEY HUNT

Ricky D. Hunt, age 67, of Olympia, KY, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Clark Regional Hospital, Clark County, KY.  Ricky was born in Maysville, KY on November 12, 1958, to the late Freed and Jennie Cline Hunt.  Ricky worked as a shipping supervisor for MASCO.  Ricky loved playing any kind of instrument he could get his hands on.  He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, horses and writing poetry.  Ricky was a member of the Freewill Pentecostal Holiness Church of God.

Ricky is survived by his loving wife Regina Vice Hunt of Olympia; 2 stepsons Andy Ryan (Kenzie) Sallee of Mt. Sterling, Jordan Scott Sallee of Olympia; 1 granddaughter Lakyn Kapri Sallee; 4 sisters: Dorothy (Danny) Daughtery, Oda Hunt, Betty McFarland and Alisa (David) Dailey all of Bethel; 2 brothers William Thomas (Betty) Hunt of Salyersville and Billy Hunt of Bethel; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Ricky was preceded in death by 6 brothers: Albert Hunt, Ronnie Hunt, Willard Hunt, Harold Hunt, Wille Freed Jr. Hunt and Walter Hunt; and 3 sisters Roberta Branham, Barbara Cray, Lorena Saunders.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. November 17, 2025, at Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals.  Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.                                    Officiating: Mike Fee.

Burial will follow at the Longview Cemetery in Bethel, KY.

Pallbearers: Darrell Hunt, Jacob Hunt, Ben Hunt, David Dailey, Billy Hunt, Tommy Hunt.

Honorary Pallbearers: Jordan Sallee, Andy Sallee, Clarence Francis, Jenny Francis.
