ROBERT CLAY YARBER

Robert Clay Yarber, age 84, of Winchester, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the Clark Regional Hospital.  Robert was born February 25, 1940 to the late James and Ellen Yarber. Robert retired from the Bundy Tubing factory.  He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed golf, playing cards, pitching horseshoes and especially watching UK basketball.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Irene Cole Yarber of Winchester, 1 daughter Vicki Grooms of Mt. Sterling, 1 son Jeff (Robin) Yarber of Mt. Sterling,1 stepson Richard (Dana) Rogers of Winchester, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 1 brother Billy Yarber of Lexington.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 daughter Mary Ann Yarber, 2 brothers Paul Yarber and Jr. Yarber.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 20th at 1:00 p.m. at the Herald & Stewart Chapel.  Family and friends can visit from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral. Officiating will be Chris Williams.

Burial will follow at that West Irvine Cemetery in Irvine, KY.

Grand & Great Grand Children as Pallbearers: Casey Wessling, Dalton Rogers, Jonathan Wessling, Haley Grooms, Emily Rogers, Ashley Rogers.
