Rhonda Lynn (Heath) Rice

Rhonda Lynn Heath Rice passed away Monday, May 15, 2023 at St. Claire Hospital in Morehead, KY. She was a 62 year old born in Dayton, Ohio to the union of Brenda Wells and the late Charles Evans, a former CNA and member of the Pentecostal Faith.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Heather Parker (Carl Nolan); a son, Matt Wingate (Kristen Corey); 2 grandchildren, Saban Parker and Phoenix Parker; her boyfriend, Tony Bates; 2 brothers, Rodney Barton and Bob Barton along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Ward. 

Her memorial service be 5:00 p.m. Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals. Visitation will take place at the funeral home prior to the memorial service from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
