Rosie Willoughby Obituary

Rosie Watkins Willoughby, widow of Russell Willoughby, of Jeffersonville, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020. She was a 77 year old native of Montgomery County, daughter of the late Bennie and Ellen Powell Watkins, a long-time homemaker and member of the Christian faith.

She is survived by a son, Pete (Laura) Willoughby, a daughter, Lillie Mae Willoughby, 3 grandchildren, Cassandra Rose Willoughby, Joshua (Cara) Fryman and Nicholas (Shelby) Fryman, as well as 2 great-grandchildren, Larkin and Katelin.

There will be a private graveside service Tuesday with burial to follow in Russ Willoughby Cemetery. Pastor Jim Skidmore will be presiding.

Arrangements are entrusted to Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
