Ruby Loretta (Richards) Rice

Ruby Richards Rice, widow of Billy Ray Rice, of  North Middletown, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021.  She was an 79 year old born in Bath County, Kentucky to the union of the late Oscar Allen and Madge Manley Richards, a homemaker and member of Grassy Lick United Methodist Church.

She is survived by 2 sons, Dwayne Rice and Anthony (Tina) Rice, a granddaughter, Jerrica Rice, 2 great-grandchildren, Alana Walker and Waylon Rice, 3 sisters, Mary Lynn, Betty Toy,  and Julia Nikitas, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Richards and a brother, Douglas Richards.

Her funeral will be 2:00 Tuesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in North Middletown Cemetery.  Visitation is 12-2:00 Tuesday.  Pallbearers are Michael Richards, Marcus Richards, Steve Richards, Tyron Lynn, Duane Gilvin, Randy Toy, Chris Walker, and Tim Rice.  Honorary pallbearers are Yolanda Sexton, Deron Sexton and Steve Robinson.
