SHANNON ELONDA (HALSEY) MULLINS

Shannon Elonda Halsey Mullins, age 54, of Barbourville, KY., passed away at home November 9, 2024.  Shannon was born to the late Gwendolyn Parker and Wishard Ritchie on October 11, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio.  Shannon loved her family more than anything but especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed going to Bingo with Granny and Scratchers.

Shannon is survived by her loving husband Ernie Mullins, Barbourville, KY, 2 daughters Jessica (Ronald) Leas, Elonda (William) Cox, 6 grand children Linda Sue (Joshua) Miller, Latosha (Ryan) Stamper, Joshua Mullins, Renaya Leas, Jacklyn Leas, Roman Mullins, all of Barbourville, KY; 1 sister Sandi (Joe) Prater, Jeffersonville; 3 brothers Robert McKinney, Gray, KY, Terry Parker, Texas, Dale Freeman, Ohio.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 16th at 1:00 p.m. at the Herald & Stewart Chapel.  Family & Friends can visit from 11:00 a.m. till time of service.  Officiating will be Shane Bingham.

Burial will follow at the Prater Family Cemetery in Jeffersonville, KY.
