SHERRIE HOPKINS Obituary

Sherrie Lynn Johnson Hopkins, age 55, of Mt. Sterling, passed away at home on Friday, May 16, 2025. Born October 1, 1969, in Mt. Sterling, Sherrie was the daughter of William and the late Eva Lou Huff Johnson.

Sherrie is survived by her husband, Marion “Hoppy” Hopkins of Mt. Sterling, KY; 2 grandchildren Destiny and Lacy Hopkins; her father William (Pam) Johnson of Jeffersonville; her sister Kim (Bobby) Henderson of Jeffersonville; her step-sister Karie (Kevin) Chaffins; her sister-in-law Kay (Doug) Boggs; her sister-in-law Michella Hopkins; her brother-in-law Timmy Hopkins and several nieces and nephews.

Sherrie was preceded in death by her son Douglas Ray Hopkins and her mother Eva Lou Huff Johnson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
