SUZANNE (REYNOLDS) PERRY

Suzanne Reynolds Perry, age 88, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg, KY.  Suzanne was born January 22, 1938, in Mt. Sterling, KY, to the late John Franklin and Marjorie Sullivan Reynolds. Suzanne lived a full life and was active in her community. She earned a degree in Library Science and History from Texas A&M University, formerly West Texas State University. After working for Dr. Frank Sewell for approximately 10 years, she joined Montgomery National Bank in 1974. She retired from Traditional Bank in 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, after nearly 50 years in banking. Suzanne served on the Mt. Sterling Housing Authority Board of Directors for 50 years. She was also a charter member of the Mt. Sterling Little Theater, a member of the Mt. Sterling Women’s Club, in the earlier years, and served on the Mt. Sterling Library Board. She was a member of Ascension Episcopal Church.

Suzanne is survived by her loving daughter, Leigh Ann Perry of Mt. Sterling; cousins Roger O’Rear (Lois) Greene of Stanton and Burwell Keith Marshall of Louisville.

A Celebration Of Life will be scheduled at a later date, to be held at the Ascension Episcopal church.
