Shelton Gross Obituary

Shelton Ray Gross, widower of Margie Irene Alsept Gross, of Jeffersonville, passed away Friday, October 2, 2020. He was a 79 year old native of Montgomery County, son of the late Elisha and Rebecca McIntosh Gross, a retired Hobart Manufacturing employee and member of the Christian faith.

He is survived by a daughter, Susan (Gabriel) Davis, a son, Gregory Ray Gross, 4 grandchildren, Christopher Davis, Madison Davis, Shelby Lancaster and Robert Davis, 2 great-grandchildren, Otis Lancaster and Bryson Davis. He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Gross, 2 sisters, Kathryn Tyson and Marie Whitaker, and 3 brothers, Kenny, Dexter and James Gross.

His funeral will be 1:00 Thursday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Tommy Evans presiding, with burial in Lovely Amburgey Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8:00 Wednesday.
