TONY CURTIS EDWARDS

Tony Curtis Edwards, 63, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Born January 28, 1963, in Pineville, KY, he was the son of the late Chris and Sadie Caldwell Edwards. Tony worked at Precision Tube and enjoyed cooking and mowing grass. Above all, those who knew him knew his deep love for guitars—whether he was playing, repairing, or building them.

Tony is survived by 3 daughters: Holly (David) Moore of Kettering, OH, Rachel Edwards of Mt. Sterling, Cyler Edwards (Christian Himes) of Berea; 3 grandsons: Ethan Moore-Edwards, Phoenix Himes and River Edwards; 2 sisters: Carol (Paul) Kovar of Cambridge, OH, Louise (Todd) Moore of Barnesville, OH; 2 brothers: Earnest (Connie) Edwards of Lore City, OH and Randall (Nancy) Edwards of Pleasant City, OH; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved Aunt Sarah Christenson of Mt. Sterling.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2026, at Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals.  Visitation will be 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Sunday, July 5th at Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals.  Officiating will be Howard Hamilton.
