Vernon Hall Obituary

Vernon Sewell "Bud" Hall, widower of Patsy Barnett Hall, of Jeffersonville, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020.  He was an 86 year old native of Menifee County, son of the late Buell and Pearl Huff Hall, a retired diesel mechanic from Worldwide Trucking and member of the Christian faith.

He is survived by a brother, Billy (Linda) Hall of Means, 4 nephews, Brad (Donna) Alford of Means, Jacob (Missy) Chambers of Louisville, Michael Crisp of Jeffersonville and Todd Gulley of Lexington, 3 nieces, Jessica (Pete) Poldo of Means, Alicia (Matt) Sanders of Mt. Sterling and Patricia (Floyd) Dickerson of St. Louis, Missouri, a sister-in-law, Ina Faye Kasten of Jeffersonville and a brother-in-law, Raymond Gulley of Winchester.  In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by and infant daughter, Sara Elizabeth, infant son, Timothy Hall, a sister, Alice Faye Chambers, infant sister, Laverne, infant brother, Donnie and sister-in-law, Velma Gulley.

Due to Executive Orders of the governor, there will be a private graveside service conducted by Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
