Willie Tipton, age 83, of Bedford, KY, formally of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the Bedford Springs Nursing & Rehab, Bedford, KY. Willie was born September 7, 1942, in Mt. Sterling to the late Hobart and Nanalie Chenault Tipton.
Besides his parents, Willie was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Robert Tipton and Charles Tipton; 2 sisters: Margaret Tipton and Mary Katherine Jones; niece Loretta Kelly.
A Graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 15th, at Olive Hill Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, KY. Officiated by Jerry Jones.
