James Randall "Jay" Mann II, of Owingsville, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017. He was a 28 year old native of Montgomery County, son of Terry Renee Lilly Lowman of Naples Florida and James "Randy" Mann of Mt. Sterling, and employee of Mann's Auto Sales and a member of Antioch Christian Church.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Wyatt Karrson Mann of Brandenburg, a brother, Christopher Jason (Antonia) Helton of Ruskov, Slovakia, a sister, Erika Renee Mann of Owingsville, his stepmother, Melanie Mann, 3 nephews, John, Henry, and Charlie Helton, an aunt, Barbara Drake, an uncle, Steve (Nancy) Mann, 2 cousins, Jessica and Melissa Drake, a stepsister, Ashley Hall and her husband Rob Rogers, and a stepbrother, Hobie Hall. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Larry Lowman, and his grandmother, Lucille Mann.
His funeral will be 11:00 Tuesday at Antioch Christian Church with burial in Mann Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8:00 Monday at the church. Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
