Jay and my daughter Breana graduated together and I can always remember Jay smiling and always seemed so happy. I worked in the school system as well and Jay was always so polite. Just a kind person inside and out. I pray for the Terry, and the Mann Family during this difficult time and May God bless and Keep you.
