BARBARA LUEASE (STRANGE) MILLER

Barbara Luease Strange Miller, age 59, of Mt. Sterling, KY passed away   Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.  Barbara was born March 28, 1966, in Mt. Sterling to the late Harold and Martha Martin Strange, Sr.  Barbara was blessed with a large family and dedicated her life to taking care of them.

Barbara is survived by her husband Chris Miller, Sr. of Mt. Sterling; 1 daughter Tonya Renee Miller of Mt. Sterling; 6 sons Joseph Thomas (Amanda) Strange of Mt. Sterling, Christopher Scott Miller, Jr. of Mt. Sterling, Justin Michael (Jennifer) Miller of Winchester, Travis James (Mandy) Miller of Owingsville, Brandon Lee (Debbie) Miller of Owingsville, Dakota James (Jessica) Miller of Mt. Sterling;  19 grandchildren; 2 brothers Harold (Nikki) Strange Jr., and Stanley Strange both of Mt. Sterling.

Besides her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by 2 sisters Kelly Sue Strange and Tammy Jo Curtis; 1 brother Steve Strange.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals.   Visitation will be Tuesday, September 23, 2025 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals.   Officiating will be Shannon Burton.

Burial will follow at Martin Cemetery in Jeffersonville.

Pallbearers: Joseph Thomas Strange, Christopher Scott Miller Jr, Justin Michael Miller, Travis James Miller, Brandon Lee Miller, Dakota James Miller.
