Rebecca Barber

Rebecca Barber passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022 at her residence in Mt. Sterling. She was a 46 year old born in Montgomery County to the union of Judy Conn Murphy and the late Roger Dale Barber, a former factory worker and member of the Pentecostal Faith.

She is survived by 2 sons; Darrien Owens and Duran Owens, her mother; Judy Conn Murphy, a brother; Bobby Murphy, a sister; Missy Martin, 2 nephews; Derek Martin (Ashley) and Damien Murphy, a niece; Tasha Kincaid (Jacob) and an aunt; Louise Tipton. In addition to her father, Roger, she was preceded in death by her step-father; Robert Murphy and a brother; Timmy Barber. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 with Pastor Scott Barnes presiding at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals. There will also be a visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. prior to the memorial service.

Arrangements are placed in the care of Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
