Rita Willoughby Obituary

Rita Ann Ratliff Willoughby, wife of Tommy Willoughby, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2021. She was a 64-year-old born in Mt. Sterling to the union of the late Roscoe and Reva Martin Ratliff, a homemaker and member of the Christian faith.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, April Willoughby (Kenny Tensley), a granddaughter, Phoenix Parker and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a private graveside service in the care of Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
