Message from Rev. Lowell C. Rice
February 6, 2016 7:55 PM

Wanda Adams came into my life when I became pastor of the Owingsville First Church of God in 1977. Her outgoing personality and enthusiastic spirit was a blessing and she had a way of becoming a point of light in a person's life. She loved her family, she loved the Lord and she loved horses. All of us who knew her were blessed by her and she will be so very much missed. But, in the midst of our sorrow and sadness because she is gone, I find comfort in knowing that she left a testimony as to where she has gone and that is in her eternal heavenly home provided through the grace of Christ and his redemptive sacrifice on the cross. Because of that, Wanda is in that eternal place where cancer cannot go. We at the Owingsville First Church of God extend our live to Jennifer, Jimmie and all of your family. May our prayers be a support to you through this time. You are loved!

Both Wanda and Eddie were special people who always were there to help at every opportunity. Eddie has been missed and Wanda will surely be missed! The first time we met Wanda was at the RMHA International during 9/11. That was our first horse show. Every year since then Wanda has done her best to get me what I needed and I always needed something... every year through last year! I had fun riding with her in the Pink Class last year. May God Bless you all and your families at this time. Marianne and Joe Jolley.
