Drema Gale Adkins Marrs, of Mt.Sterling, passed away Monday, October 5, 2015. She was a 67 year old native of Pike County, daughter of William Adkins of Pike County and the late Louise Gilliam Adkins, a homemaker and member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by a son, John Marrs, and a daughter, Rachel Marrs, both of Mt. Sterling, 5 grandchildren, her father, William Adkins, 2 brothers, John and Dan Adkins,both of Pike County, and 4 sisters, Peggy Tackett of Jeffersonville, Rhonda Thacker of Pike County, Sharon Blair of Mt. Sterling, and Lynn Morgan of Pike County. Her graveside service will be 2:00 Tuesday at Machpelah Cemetery. Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
